As director of Embur Pty Ltd - the principal funding company to Lambert Developments Group’s Old Bay Road Project at Burpengary, our involvement with this project began in 2007.  Bill Lambert’s development company delivered 145 quality affordable lots to ASX Listed house builder Villa World from 2011 – 2015.

The 5 stage master planned project consisted of a mix of land sizes from 450m2 – 800m2 with each stage delivered to Villa World for house construction.  A great successful partnership between funder, developer and builder delivering real value for money homes for Queenslanders.

We look forward to more projects following this successful model.
